Message dated July 26 and received July 30, stating the Governor                                    
signed the following bill and transmitted the engrossed and enrolled                                
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's Office for permanent filing:                                    
                                                                                                    
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 132(RES) "An Act                                                   
          removing the Old Minto townsite from the Minto                                            
          Flats State Game Refuge; and authorizing the                                              
          Department of Natural Resources to convey certain                                         
          land at the historic Old Minto site to the Native
